Several are turning towards contacting facilitators in order for making meetings of theirs more productive, more emphasized, and more organized in an effort to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the meetings. The single most vital factor in developing a team that is high performing is high performance expectation. If a demand of performance is there which can be fulfilled by the combined people effort to generate a product together which cannot be manufactured by any other, the team then will develop to manufacture the product ("Facilitation for High-Performance Teams", 2018).
